Advisory Support
For targeted guidance, decision support, and expert input.

• Complex or Urgent Advisory – $350 per hourFor time-sensitive, high-complexity, or research-intensive matters Suitable for executive decision support, risk assessments, and strategic input.

Project-Based Engagements
For structured delivery across defined initiatives.
• Standard Projects – $2,250 per day (8 hours)For planned engagements with standard complexity • Complex or Urgent Projects – $2,500 per day (8 hours)For high-complexity or time-sensitive delivery

Ongoing Advisory (Retainers)
For clients requiring consistent access, priority support, and embedded advisory.
• Essentials – 20 hours/month• Professional – 40 hours/month• Strategic – 60 hours/month
