With more than 12 years' experience in enterprise risk, governance and business transformation, Rachel combines strategic thinking with practical execution, helping organisations align strategy, people, processes and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. Having worked across highly regulated industries including financial services, superannuation, insurance, government, healthcare, higher education and property, she brings a disciplined, risk-informed approach to growth, transformation and organisational performance.
Rachel is the creator of the BRIDGE Evaluation Framework, an executive decision-making framework inspired by the engineering discipline of bridge evaluation. The framework applies the same principles of structured, risk-based assessment used to evaluate critical infrastructure before significant investment decisions are made. Rather than evaluating technology on features alone, the BRIDGE Evaluation Framework helps organisations assess capability, understand risk, validate long-term suitability and make confident decisions when selecting or replacing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
